Does not appear dealer has any communication with Jayco. We may never use the foldup bed, but it would be nice to sit on the couch without falling off. Wish we could find someone with the same model...

We ordered a new 27.5rlts in January and took delivery in March. When it arrived the couch/hide-a-bed was loose. The brackets holding it to the floor where broken and the screws had all pulled out...
