eldermike - it may not be a bolt as i can not see it, but there is a heat register in the floor just out of range of the picture so i took the grate out and i used an old school slim jim with a hook...

i am in michigan and the lemon law does not cover...

i am in michigan and the lemon law does not cover campers and i already talked to jayco they say no buy back because they will fix it and pics would not show much as the bolts only protrude about 1/4...
