Is there a way I can jack up the trailer instead of hooking up and back onto blocks?

Hi, thank you for you reply, I went and checked fuse, looked fine, but I replaced with a new one. Still no luck. Do I need to hook it to tow vehicle to charge? It is a new battery, and is charged......

I have a 29n 2006 jay feather LGT. I just purchase a month ago and this is our first trailer.
We took it into shop for a heck up and battery was dead, so I purchased a new one and wired up the same....
