Can't get the sway out!!

Please help us love our Jayco!!
TV: 2007 Dodge 2500 cummins 4x4, crew cab, short bed.
Tires: 265/70R17
Hitch: Equalizer 12,000lb/1200lb sway control
Towing: 2014 Jayco 32BHDS TT w/ outdoor...
