If we are gonna sit under the awning in the rain we leave it out with one side lowered for run-off. If rain gets heavy or the wind is bad we roll it in. I've never tried to roll the electric awning...

We use a 30-gallon Barker and it works well but is hard to pick up to hook to the hitch when full. I would definitely recommend spending the extra $$$$ to get a tank with four wheels. I wish we had!

Very nice mod!

We too have a 22FB and that is a great mod for that space. We put a 3-drawer Sterilite cart next to the door but it certainly doesn't look as neat as your cabinet. We're not that handy though.
