Looks like they use a bucket of sealant. I watched a YouTube video and it's a small bead.

I measured again, and again.
So dome size is 14" x 30"

Flange size is 17.5" x 33.5"

The flanges are buried in sealant, so this is as close as I can get w/o removing it.

I picked up our trailer today, and it towed perfect. I was relaxed enough that I could drive with one hand on the wheel and even at 65-70 still felt good.
