I just turned off the water, released the pressure off the lines and pulled the t-valve all the way out and greased the o rings with a little plumbers grease.

It was the low point drains. Pulled the t valves and put some plumbers grease on the o rings stopped the leak.

Yes, all interior lights are led. The exterior and stove light are halogen and if you leave your porch light on all night it really gets hot. Thanks I'll check those other places.
