just thought I would close-out my issue as far as...

just thought I would close-out my issue as far as this thread goes...my problem ended-up being a stuck valve. replaced all of the similar type valves to prevent this type of problem in the future.

I am using a hose to fill. I've tried flipping the screen around both ways, but now that the check valve is removed, the screen direction should not matter.

thank you to all who replied and the FORUM. when i checked the generator breaker it was OFF. i flipped in on (towards me) and everything is working perfectly!!!!! Mystery solved.
