You have a Ford E450, it takes a standard locking cap. Get one from Ford, Napa, or local auto supply. Just take the cap with you, match it up. I got mine from local Autozone, works fine.

I repaired a fresh water tank in an old airstream. I had added a clean out, so I used the leftover piece, melted it with a soldering iron, into the crack, worked great but don’t breathe the fumes.
