I myself weigh about 240 pounds. Watch the weight capacity of the ladder you buy. Type II is only rated for 225 lbs. I like the one from Home Depot that is rated for 300 lbs.

I was opening the shade over the couch of my FW the other day and the string broke that the shade goes up and down on. Does anyone have advice as to how to fix it? Thank you in advance Bill

I was up on a ladder looking at the seals last night. The seals didn't look too bad. the roof line is not flat. Is there a way to push the center of the roof up a little from the inside?
