I have the exact same cable with connectors under my J-Cube's of my 2015 32TSBH as well. If you look under the slide out you can see where those wires come through the floor. I never traced them out...

If you boondock you may want to see if that amber light under the stairs is LED or if it's a standard bulb. The LED would draw less power when left on over night.

I believe it just had 2 roof vents. As for the bathroom vent fan I am not sure what brand or model. It was kind of small in comparison to the vent opening though so it doesn't look like it will move...

Congrats ! I just bought a 2015 32TSBH with the Elite package myself. This is my first travel trailer. A few friends of mine told me the first thing to do was to install the MaxAir vents asap.
