some toilets form a layer of yuck where the flush valve plate contacts the toilet. some times you have a little tool in your rv that is to lightly scrape the the mating surface thru the waste hole.

Close valves. Remove water filter and lower housing. Unscrew the pex from either side of filter and install a piece of 1/2 inch pex . open valves and winterise. in spring put it back to normal.
