I'm guessing that most dealers don't want to fix...

I'm guessing that most dealers don't want to fix anything until after it's sold so they can get paid additional "Warranty" fees. Double dipping from the manufacturer as they also get paid for a PDI...

Looking at a 31UL and wondering if other owners feel they got a good rig for their money and if they would but it again if they were in the market for the same size/featured RV?
