I thought that one of the pluses of LED lighting was much less heat. Why would they require additional venting?

I am patiently waiting for the chance to buy a used, 2008 or so, Seneca. My question is- of the type of tires found on them, are the date codes the same for all tire manufacturers? Thanks in advance.
