Another note...all our gas "up here" is cut with 10% ethanol, except for premium. Maybe a marina can get you straight gas but at a gas station don't even think about it. Hurt's mileage stat's...

Rain putting a damper on things

Only input I have as I have found there is not much you can do, rain, especially heavy rain is a force to reckon with;

a dehumidifier as opposed to straight A/C when parked, the front desk staff...

I have a dehumidifier, thought perhaps I was being a little too overzealous but knock on wood I haven't had any condensation issues. Might be something to consider.
