Hopefully an easy fix.
The propane gauge broke off my 2013 Greyhawk 29KS which might be the same as you have.
I bought two of the replacements from eBay, see the pic for model numbers.
Installation is a 1 minute job...

My Door Step has a fuse.
I have a 2013 Greyhawk 29KS that has a fuse hidden beneath the floor by the door step, in with other wiring for the steps, step light etc.. Perhaps that is your problem with the steps not working....
