Problem automatic transfer switch on Precept

We are about to replace our 3rd automatic transfer switch in our 2016 Jayco Precept 31UL. Has anyone else had the problem with the shore power side freezing up?

31 UL Precept water intrusion in front bays

Has anyone had water entering in the front bays? We drove in extremely heavy rain yesterday and discovered 1" standing water in the bays behind front tires.
