Tow vehicle is a 2013 Sierra 1/2 ton. After weighing, they're about 800-900 lbs below GVWR. Should be okay for this trailer, but it will get maxed out.

I just installed one on my 27BHS. Was in 1 rain and no water got inside yet. I think it would have to blow pretty hard right at the rear vents to get any water to come in.

I was wondering the same thing. Kept increasing brakes to get a lockup, but couldn't even at 10. Have them set to 8 right now, but not sure if I need it higher or if I need a brake adjustment.

Leaks probably wouldn't show unless they're real bad. Being new the most likely issue would be poor sealant application around wall protrusions.

I would have liked to have better understood trailering weights when I had my pop-up. Knowing what I know now, I was probably always way overweight on my trailer and TV.
