I have a Greyhawk 31 SS the way I did my hubcaps was I bought long stainless zip ties fished them thru cutouts in rim and across the hubcap never lost another and being stainless they do not rust...

My Greyhawk the Mini fuses are located beside the circuit breakers that feed the circuits, the mini fuses or blade fuses only feed 12v All I have seen are located in one area beside each other...
