cO2 alarm

we have a 212QBW 2015 model. went for a week long trip. after arriving about 3 hours travel time discovered our C02/propane alarm going off.
according to instructions on panel it detected propane....

We had the dealer install the lift cylinders on our 212QBW at point of sale.
lifts very easy shut easy as well. no problem yet in 2 years.
