AC issue
It could be a thermostat communication problem. More than likely the thermostat operates on 12v DC, you need to verify somehow that your getting 12v at the thermostat.
Someone needs to verify...

The screws will come out easy with a cordless drill or impact driver. Mine used the square head screw bit. They're self tapping sheet metal screws easily replaced.

Be Thankful
Be thankful we lost some roofing and went without power for 24 hours. Lots of trees down roads closed and homes damaged. There were a few people who lost their homes and some lost their life.
