I have timbrens as well. we carry a golf cart in the bed too. I have a 3100lb payload and we are carrying right at 2900lbs. The truck has no issues.

On the tongue weight. I recent got a sherline TW scale. Just playing around I found out that my 32BHDS weighs 1200 on the tongue in winter storage mode. So it easily weighs 1600 when we are using it....

Anything strong enough to support a Seneca will be heavy. The plastic levelers will be a joke. Wood blocks will be most practical and cost effective. Custom aluminum ramps would be really nice.
