That's my guess, hoping it's the motors not a bigger issue like the controller. But thanks for the reply. The thing is I baby this thing and have seen others lift the entire trailer off the ground....

Water leak

Had a tee leak on my Northpoint from the factory. Went to ebay and purchased an exact match. Make sure you photo or mark the lines. I had to disconnect three line to get access to the tee leaking....
