We have this same proven lock as well. We wrap the chains over the top and use a large American lock on at the bottom of the proven lock. This way they cannot use the chains to tow the trailer away.

We have a 2016 23 MRB White hawk and it is a quality built travel trailer. The MSRP was $31.800 and we paid $20.900 out the door. We are having a great time. Good luck and get that RV one quote.
