power converter buzzing sound

My power converter is making a buzzing sound and I'm wondering if that means its starting to crap out on me. it didn't do it when it was new, trailer is 4 years old. Should i put a new one in?

it works!
well, i disconnected the line behind the fridge, turned the tanks on and the regulator turned red which i couldn't get it to do before and propane was coming out of the hose. i put the hose back on...
