I agree with everything said here. Our 2010 is a great unit, we had some minor problems at first, but they are the same with any brand. I have zero problems handling this fiver with my truck.

I use slip plate (graphite spray) on my hitch and pin box (I have a Sidewinder), dry lube the pin, and jaw. Any good teflon dry wax will work, the stuff dries like baby powder, less mess.
