Could be a piece of debris stuck in the check valve on your pump. Try running the pump for a while to see if it clears up.

Personally I would not use it for full time and also it's not for full time living, per the owners manual. If it has the winter package JAYCO only says 0 degrees.

I used to use an electric version to move a TT and the issue is overcoming the dual wheels when trying to turn. You have to make sweeping turns, so keep that in mind.
