Both ACs will work. If you try to use them at the same time the breaker will trip. The adapter ties both 50 amp lines in the RV to one 30 amp Supply.

I think you can find the key number under the inside cover on the lock. Remove the cover and check, assuming the trailer is unlocked now. Dealers do have master keys to get into the trailer.
