I’ve seen this happen before, so I’ve gotten in the habit of turning off the water supply when we are away from the camper for more than a few minutes.

Doesn’t help you now but food for thought...

I’m pretty sure the black tank rinse line has a one-way check valve in it, to prevent contamination of the water supply. They are cheap valves and are notorious for failing. It may be stuck closed.

I never had any issues with Jayco or my dealer (Keystone RV Wholesalers in PA). All work was done complete and in a timely manner. The same is true with my previous unit which was also a Jayco.

My only other issue was that the slide was out of alignment, and it gouged the vinyl flooring near the bunks. Jayco replaced the entire floor under warranty, the dealer did a good job replacing it....
