What tire pressure should I have with a 2010 Jay Feather Sport 165?
Weight is about 3000 lbs

Richard, what both my Jayco dealer and the tire manufacturer have told me is exactly what is stated on the tire itself. It is sometimes hard to find it on the sidewall but if you see something worded like "45 psi", thats it.

Make sure the tires are 'cold' when determining psi!

You should have a label on the side of your trailer with the tire pressure recommended by the manufacturer. This may be different that what is on the tire, which is usually the max pressure for the tire.

Yes it should be on the label on the side of the trailer BUT make sure they are the original tires that came with the trailer.

ALWAYS run the trailer tires at the max cold psi stamped on the tire sidewall.

DO NOT run them according to ANYTHING else.

I have owned 3 fifth wheels.
The 1st had C rated tires, psi on label showed 50 psi
The 2nd had D rated tires, psi on label showed 60 psi
The 3rd has E rated tires, psi on label shows 80 psi

I upgraded the tires from C to D on the first and on the 2nd from D to E.

The tire pressure was always the max cold pressure printed on the tire.
