The siphoning capacity of the pump system for this process is very poor. I created the container that I can fill with fluids like bleach for sanitizing or for winterizing and attached a hose that allows me to hold it above the panel so that it will draw down and force the fluid. A type of priming
activity.

The inlet screen is attached to the washer. You just flip it over.

Grumpy, are you saying that will improve the siphon capacity? If so LOL ... the little things you learn here!

When you flip it over it pushes the check valve open which makes it easier for the pump to work.(s--k) Got to watch what words I use.[emoji2]

Also try opening a faucet or tap. Supposed to help as well.
