We have a 2005 Jayco 27BH in excellent condition to sell. Unit is fully loaded including surround sound theater system. I am curious as to where I should begin pricing this unit. I am looking to obtain a price that would be fair to the buyer as well as us (the sellers). Opinions ???

What someone is willing to pay for it is what it is worth. Advertised price does not really give you everything you need but it is a good place to start.

What I've always been told is to find the NADA price without entering any of the options in. Just the mileage and model information.
