I will reply with "Absolutely!". Our '13 351 RLTS will contact the cab when making a full lock U-turn. I pull the 5th to the house the day before we leave so we can leisurely pack. I've got to be very careful making the turn on our street that ends in a cul-de-sac.
We have the 5th prep pkg on the Ford so my hitch choices were somewhat limited. I opted for the B&W which has been an excellent hitch but hind sight being 20/20 I wish I'd gotten the Reese slider. Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda...
Anyway my insurance co is a touch over $500 poorer thanks to my poor fore sight.
I'd strongly suggest getting the slide and if you never use it you can blame me.

I need to retract my previous post on this thread. Today I traded in my Cougar for a 29.5 BHDS HT. I never once used my slide with my Cougar and I got that thing into some pretty tight places. However, with my new Jayco, today when I backed it up, I realized the front is designed quite a bit different from my Cougar. Both looked similar but there is something different about this front end. It does sit a little closer to my truck cab. I do have the Mor/RYD pinbox so maybe that is longer? Don't know. Point is, today backing in the driveway, I watched it real close. I didn't need the slider today but there will be time that I will with this setup. I'd suggest getting it so its available. I can't turn nearly as sharp with this Jayco as I could the Keystone. I'd suggest you get it. BTW, I have the Husky 16k slider. Pull rite is great if you forget about it but mine works fine and is much cheaper.

I have the ram 2500 4 door with the 6 foot bed and a Reese Slider. So far after about 10 trips, I have not had to use the slider yet. I do keep a very close eye backing up. Have made some tight turns going forward and no problems so far.
