Placed my order today

Well, after months of research, videos and emails, I finaly pulled the trigger and placed an order of a Jay Flight 28BHBE. Should be delivered in about 6-8 weeks. Getting a little pumped.

Great unit that you'll enjoy for many years to come. Tell us where you live so we know if you get to use it right away or if you have to suffer like many of us till Spring time.

We are anxious for the delivery. We can't really get camping until early March due to family schedule, but we are looking places for our functional check flight. Still reading and learning from others so that I'll have an idea of a solution.

Dealer sent me an email w/ good news/bad news. Good news is trailer will be shipped about 2 weeks sooner than first projected. Bad news is the dealer is closed the last two weeks of December!!! We also have a VIN. The timing isn't critical since I won't have the time to go it it till mid Jan anyway. But it's good to have good communication w/ my dealer.
Regarding the VIN, can I track anything with it, if so, how?

Thanks for the advice.

Awesome! Congrats. We will HOPEFULLY be ordering one in February and plan to pick it up around April... just in time to start camping. I don't have self control, if I bought it now we would be those idiots out camping in 12 degree weather with a 2 year old and newborn...

Great news, Swinepartner! I know the anticipation to use it must be sheer torture! I picked up my trailer last February, but weather didn't permit using it until late April. Thought I'd die! But I made it through, and so will you. Good luck! Enjoy your new rig. And Happy Camping!

Update with pics when you can. I ordered this same model but I've still got a month or two before mine comes in and then I have to deal with a seemingly endless Michigan winter before we can use it.
