What is the actual length

I own a 2013 26Bh that is in storage.
I always thought that the length of the unit is 26 feet but on the Jayco website it states 29 feet.
I am wondering if maybe this includes the hitch or if the hitch is a further 3 feet.
Does anyone know that the actual length is without the hitch?

The Jayco published length (i.e.; 29ft) is from the TT's front hitch coupler to the rear bumper (overall length). In the case of the 26BH designation that means the inside dimension is 26 ft (approx.).

Our 316 is 34'4 bumper rear bumper face to hitch front edge, plus the ladder that adds
2".

Every 26 foot TT I have seen from all brands, measures 29-30feet overall length. is there a higher end 24' TT (26-27' OA) out there. preferably with a slide?

One can not go by the model number. Some "34 model" 5ers are 43' long. My 338 rlts TT is 39' long and the interior is 36' 10" yet the dealer calls this a 33' model. It is not! I would call it a 37' model.

Yeah I purchased a 338 rets at the camper show in February and being used to a 32 foot overall length camper I thought 33 foot wouldn't be too bad then when I got home and read the brochure to my surprise I found out it was 39 foot. I told my wife we were going to have to change camp sight reservations at the state campground we go to . Dumb me I thought they were numbered like boats lol . Well we got the reservations changed to a bigger sight that didn't have as many obstacles but as of yet with order coming in wrong don't have our new one .... Hope we get it at least a few days before our first outing so we have time to load it.
