Floor Bubbling up, hump where heat duct is

I have a new 32BHDS, and in the area where the heat duct runs the linoleum floor keeps bubbling up, from the front to the rear in the middle, where the duct work runs it is a hump but when not running the heat it flattens back out. Has anyone seen this or had it happen to them, any solutions?

I'm gonna guess and say that the flexible duct work that attaches to the bottom of the vent ( from underneath ) is blocked, or not attached or sealed/ taped and hot air is making its way around the outside of the vent and up and underneath the floor.

Being hot air, it's causing the linoleum to separate

The linoleum is loose and only glued on the edges. Perhaps yours is just a tiny bit longer than necessary and is lifting/expanding with the heat. I would take it back to the dealer.

When we were at the factory it looked like when they were building the floor the ducting area was lined with galvanized lining between floor joists then the plywood apliedover that and inthe next station they routed out openings for vents and wrapped the vent metal out of the opening. Since there isn't anything but the plywood and liner between the ductin and floor it could be just that much hotter in that area causing the linoleum to swell when running the furnace. But it begs to question if this will cause future problems with the wood floor beneath? Hope not because I have anew one coming in hopefully this week and hope not to have issues like this ...
