electrical problem on 2004 grey hawk rv

Only the outlets, tv & microwave work. The lights, a/c, outside radio & lights don't work and tried starting the generator without success. Went through panel box, reset fuses, #11 fuse is missing but mechanic said it would not make all not work. HELP!!

Everything on the 12V side is not working. Time to break out the multimeter. Start at the battery and work towards the converter and power distribution. There is a blown fuse somewhere, a possible short, or the converter has malfunctioned and the battery is now dead.

With the RV NOT plugged in to shore power, what is the voltage of the battery? Plug the RV in, now what is the voltage at the battery?

If you are not experienced in electrical work, you might want a friend who is to help you out here.
