We have a sway bar and no WDH on our 184bh swift slx and it tows very well. We went camping last weekend and I towed over 500 miles at 65mph and was passed by many big trucks and never had any sway at all. I am very happy with the way it feels going down the road.
[QUOTE=iLLBRED;88478]Here the pics of my setup. Tried to take the best pictures i could, but **** sun
I have the same Husky sway bar. Works great! Fortunately for me, my TV doesn't require me to have the WD set up. I'd never
get out of my driveway w/that low set up. Nice pixs!
I have a weight distributing hitch and a friction sway control installed for my 154BH and they work like a charm. I am towing my trailer with Toyota Sienna (3500 lbs towing capacity), and was recommended by my friends and also the dealer. As for the frame for 154BH, the dealer had no problems for installation.
thats a good price. I was terrified to be passed by a 18 wheeler for the first time but I had my sway bar and didnt phase me (or the trailer) one bit. just dont forget to remove it before backing as im sure you already know.
Does the sway bar need to be removed before backing? or is it recommended? I back into my driveway no problem with it on.

^ good practice. I think its just reccomended incase you get in a jack knife situation while backing and bottom it out (more or less so you dont damage it).
I had a friction sway bar installed before my last camping trip. Made a huge difference on the freeway when I got passed by a few trucks. I highly recommend it.

Hi Newtron, I have a 154bh also (newbie - taking delivery in April). With the quoted ball height on the 154bh being only 15", did you have any problems with the WDH dragging when traveling or going over bumps?

Having traveled with the Friction sway bar and without it, I really cannot tell the difference. I leave mine on... Can't hurt right? A far as the WDH, I don't plan on getting one. I will be buying the airbags that go inside the springs near the back axle. They should level the camper/tv perfectly. It is more adjustable, and I don't have to worry about the extra stress on the camper. Plus... It's just one less thing to worry about.
