Well that’s encouraging. Is that 3.99 for 36 months also?

Yes 36 months. If I go to 60 months it jumps to 6.99%. I'm thinking that I will go with the 60 months and overpay the monthly payment just to have a cushion. For reference, my credit score is above 825.

Thank you!
Interest rates have really slowed the auto market among other markets at least in my area. I drive by 2 different dealerships often and both (one Chevy and one Ford) have had the same vehicles on their lot for months. No way I’m pulling the trigger until interest rates get back to somewhat realistic.

Well here it is. I may have made a tactical error...I'm not positive it'll fit in the garage!

We're in the process of getting a new home. We ordered a modular home and I told them I want an attached garage for my car and truck. I have a 2018 Ram 2500HD crew cab short bed with a camper shell on the back. I want at least 8 foot tall doors, and it's going to be square, 28x28 foot. Plenty of room for both vehicles with some extra room for storage.

Had a new set of BF Goodrich all-terrain TA/KO’s installed. Should have done this when I bought it new in 2019. Love these tires. Have run them on 3 different trucks now and they have never once let me down and I definitely put them to the test with my off-road truck. Even our Canadian winter is no match for these tires.

Nice truck!! What is the tow capacity? When I bought my F150 in 2019 I really wanted the Tundra but the tow capacity was too low for our trailer.

But 3 years ago I started working from home and my 2017 Fusion Platinum just sets. Only use the truck to haul our 33’ camper. But who is a good husband to argue with his wife. I built the 2024 truck I wanted on the Ford site. Decided I needed a brochure so I go to my local dealer and find out Ford doesn’t do brochures anymore. But a 2023 F350 came in the previous day that a potential buyer had the dealer build but didn’t order, but somehow the dealer didn’t cancel the build and it showed up at the dealer. Truck was 98% of my build even a 4.3 rear end. Almost like it was meant to be. I wanted the Stone grey that was very similar to my Caribou, but being a Purdue fan, the color is good. Price was not marked up either. So they gave us above our minimum want for the Fusion and F350 and I drove it home last night. Now to get a cap and airbags. But you know what they say, happy wife, happy life!

Perhaps your better half should start posting on here so we can share her thoughts with all our better half's.

As a former door installer/tech, I would consider a taller door if it would fit. Never had a customer say they wished they had a smaller door.

In 2012 I built a 27x27 garage and put 2x6 walls 12 feet tall to accommodate a 10 x 16 garage door. When I moved from that house the three wide garage was a BIG plus, and the "balcony" in the back was 16x8 of additional storage. With move in 2015 I was able to purchase another garage, three wide but with only a 10x10 door. Bigger door, better entry.

Put on a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks today. Ranchos were shot. 2 out of the 4 wouldn't decompress after removal.

I drove it! It sits a lot, because we're trying to keep the miles below 125,000, when our extended warranty expires. But I got to take it up to Home Depot today. I love my truck! It's waxed, has new tires and brakes at 65,000 miles, and is in great shape for our next trip, early January. Just can't wait to get on the road again!

Changed oil, greased the two zerks, added washer fluid, checked all other fluids.

Bump stops and tire rotation on my 04 chevy 2500.
Hopefully this helps with the nose pogo-ing when towing since the old ones were nothing but the backing plate. The way chevy designed the front end, the bump stops are just touching the control arms at ride height so you end up with an uneven spring rate. Oscillations, like pendulums, thrive on even resistance so having the bump stop only engaged when the suspension is compressed should hopefully kill the pogo oscillation I get. already did new shocks, to no effect, old ones weren't that bad either.
