Jayco Refigerator drain
I have a 2019 JayFlight 245 rsl. The frig drain is a short hose that has it emptying behind the frig vent so it is actually dumping on the stud wall. Is the way it was manufactured

Most of the drain lines are routed to a small metal pan attached to the outside of the boiler assembly... that heats up the drain water and helps it evaporate quicker.

This RV and the two before had hoses long enough to stick out the wall grate and let the water go to the ground.

moved my hose outside too.
family members that had owned a camper before me advised me to do that. said their dealer told them if you don't drain it outside plan on bringing it back in a couple years and pay me to replace your floor.

Mine originally dumped into a plastic pan but had enough slack to feed it thru the vent panel and let it drip outside to the ground.

Mine drains into a plastic tray, but water never really built up in it, so that's where it remains.

Mine did overflow the plastic condensate tray. Alot. Constantly.
Took awhile for my old brain to figure it out, why did they put a small tray in there that barely holds 2 cups of water?? All of my other RV's had a hose draining to the exterior, the hose was long enough, so I stuck it out the vent. During one of my many insomniac episodes, where all thoughts bounce around, it came to me. My fridge was acting as a dehumidifier. The doors were misaligned and not sealing, letting in air causing excessive condensation. Adjusted the doors, the hose is back into the tray, and now I have one less thing to mull over when I can't sleep.....

condensation also
Moved my hose to the outside, it was a two minute job, seems like a great idea. Our last trip the fridge was so wet we shut it down when we got home to dry it out. Now it sounds like I need to look at door alignment! Is it obvious where it is not sealed, do you use a paper shim to see where it slides in around the door, or feel for cold or something?

High humidity and lots of opening the doors will produce lots condensate also, it may not be a seal issue.
A visual check of the seals, then piece of paper or a dollar bill shut in the door should have resistance when pulled out on all sides.
Ours (norcold 2118) has 2 fridge doors separated by a plastic flap with seals. The left door was too low causing the flap to hang up on the cabinet bottom and not seal when shutting. Had to shim the hinge pin with 2 small washers to raise it.
Another issue we had was with the actual design of the interior cabinet. Condensate would drip off the aluminum fins, hit the plastic cabinet and run down to the bottom of the fridge interior and pool at the bottom, there isn't enough of a lip molded in for it to drip. A strip of 2" vinyl tape on the cabinet directly below the fins positioned to hang over the drip tray worked.

We have been in the camper for 6 weeks and we started manually pushing in the freezer door closed after every closing of the freezer door.
It has made a drastic reduction in frost formation in the freezer.
