well had a bad moment any ideas on how i can fix this right

I am assuming that this vinyl on wood i would scrape all old adhesive from under flooring thats torn , take a (small) amount of adhesive apply to vinyl and wood allow to dry until tacky to touch then press down to reattach vinyl with rolling pin like device to roll wrinkled area out of vinyl after reattached set something heavy on top maintain pressure on it for about 4-6 hrs just my two

You can always cut a small square out from under one of the cabinets, sink base or other. Place on top of hole and cut exactly, with box cutter, to match, pick up cut piece from floor then glue down new piece. You end up with a patch 1-2 inches square. It's a patch, will never be perfect.

But as stated above...Id try that first.

You might use a hair dryer to soften the vinyl when you straighten it out.

Why not cut out the whole square and replace with similar square from under the cupboards?.
You will not see the cutline if you are careful when doing the cut in the damaged piece and the replacement.

What I would do is to cut out a piece of vinyl from a cabinet floor that is somewhat bigger than the patch you need to replace; if there is a pattern to the vinyl that has the problem, try to get a piece that matches the pattern. Then tape the replacement piece over the bad area, paying careful attention to how big and what shape patch you want. Take a utility knife and cut through both layers of vinyl (the replacement vinyl, and the patch you will remove from the floor). The pieces (in theory) will match up perfectly. Remove the cut out patch area and glue in the patch.

If you want it to be a perfect patch. What you need to do is cut along the lines that are already there. The best way is right down the middle of that line(you are going to replace the whole rectangle that has the damage to it). Then you clean your area underneath. Find someplace hidden that has the same rectangle that you are trying to replace or this is a pretty common vinyl floor pattern (go to Lowes or flooring store and try to find a match there) The problem with second way is to find a store that will sell you a sq yd of vinyl. The piece you find to replace it cut down the center of that line also but at a little bit of an undercut. Get yourself some seam sealer and glue from the store for vinyl floors. Put the seam seal on the edge of the replacement piece put in place. Roll it out with a rolling pin to get any bubbles out and to create a good bond. Oh yes and let the glue get tacky to the touch before putting down replacement piece. The seam seal will almost melt to two pieces together for a lack of a better way to put it. If done right (your cuts are perfect) you will never see the replacement and it will last the lifetime of your vinyl in your trailer.
