Replacing the couch with recliners

We are planning to replace the couch on our 31DS Greyhawk with recliners. Any tips or sources or experience from others who have done it?

Me, Mrs., and Maggie

PS: Haven't told Maggie yet

We were thinking about doing thet, but decided it was to much $$$ Got two adjustable footstools that will collapse enough to fit under the couch while traveling.

Now just (Hold The Boat) Bob, it's about time you stop thinking just about yourself sunken into that recliner and falling asleep till the cows come home. I just told the Tunce what your plans are and she's just about in tears over this. Now she has invited Maggie over for a sleep over whenever your on the road. She said " my bed is Maggie's bed "and I'm about to bite Bobs a**.

I'm thinking of replacing my couch with two of those chairs from Ikea. At about $70 a piece, it'll be a nice cheap modification and will be awesome for reading or watching movies or whatever. We'll either get one of those foldable storage ottomans or use the storage ottoman from our dinette (our trailer has a removable storage ottoman) for kicking the feet up.

Our Dog Bailey will probably be a little disappointed, because that's where he likes to sleep and look out the windows when we're gone (just like ol' Tunce up there), but he'll get over it. He can also use the dinette if he wants. The only other down side is that we'll lose some sleeping space, but with two double bunks, and the dinette in addition to our main queen bed up front, I don't see that being much of a problem. If it becomes an issue, we'll haul along the air bed and just push the chairs to the side.

Some day I'll post up pics of the mod if it ever happens, but it's pretty low on the priority list...
