I have been having issues all day and also emailed support. When I got home I had to reset my password on my laptop. I just had to delete the forum from Tapatalk and re-add it to get it to work.
And to clarify I reset my password because every time I went to log in it told me my user name or password were wrong. It also said that i had exceeded the login attempts before I even tried to log in. Idk....
Folks - we had a server update today that was a dis-improvement and caused all these login issues. They should be resolved now. if you reset your password and / or need help with a password and can't login, you can hit the contact link at the bottom of the page to reach the help desk. They can get your account sorted out although it may take a few hours before you get a response. We apologize for the headaches.

Same thing here. I finally got back in tonight. However, the ad just below the user command line is still in Japanese or Chinese or some other language that I cannot comprehend! Any suggestions there? At least I am able to get in now.

Regarding the chinese characters - a number of folks have been seeing this and they are ads served by google and are based mostly on your browsing history. We've contacted google about this but although annoying they are harmless. They are also unrelated to the login issues. We did a server update today which broke the login process - gotta love progress...
Janet thanks for letting us know what happened. I was a bit worried my account was being hacked. All good now. Joe I don't have any foreign language visible....
