How many air conditioners?
We currently have a 351 Premiere, but are considering buying a toy hauler. If we buy one, we were going to order a second air conditioner for the bedroom. They also offer a third location by installing one also in the garage. Is two enough, and if so, does the bedroom make more sense than the garage area? It's just my wife and I, but a quarter of the time, we may have family that would sleep in the garage.

I guess it depends on where you plan on travelling. If the South I would go with two as one will not keep up on a hot day. I use both of mine to cool things down when we get to our destination and then turn off the bedroom unit except on hot days where both may be needed. I also use the bedroom unit at night to cover up any outside noise. The third unit in the garage makes since because many toy haulers have the garage set up as a separate apartment when the toy is unloaded so to speak and it is usually divided from the main living area.

No ifs ands or buts, if it were mine, it'd be 3. Our CC 40' bunk house fifth wheel needed 3, and it was no entry level unit. Anything mid 30's and up (length wise), I wouldn't be without the 3rd. Cheaper to add now, than later.

Defintely go with 3. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

another consideration would be the size of generator that comes with the unit . you should check to see if the generator can handle that much of a load . my 2014 seismic has a 5500 watt onan . that would not be enough to run 3 air conditioners and any other loads.unless they have a larger capacity generator you would run into problems .

Our Greyhawk has only one rooftop A/C and some days I wish we had a second unit. I pay close attention to the orientation and shading of the RV when camped. Obviously shade from trees, especially afternoon shade, significantly reduces the A/C load.
The rig's orientation makes a difference, too. When in a sunny site, it is better if the awning side is on the west. That way I can deploy the awning to put the RV wall in the shade.
Cold beer helps with hot weather, too.

Go with three and a large enough generator to handle the load.

How many air conditioners?
I've been wondering the same thing. Looking to order a seismic wave and not sure if I want the second ac in the bedroom or the garage. Our two boys 4 and 7) will be in the garage. The floor is insulated...unlike most th's, but I'm guessing the garage would get pretty hot without a dedicated ac as I bet the vents can't keep up with enough cool air?

Ive had several raptor etc toy haulers. Three would be nice but 5500 genset will not run three. We always placed the second in the garage and placed a small fan on the floor to push extra air into the bedroom. At night it's no problem at all.
Installing the second is is easy, less than a hour. I've always just purchased off eBay around $650 total with necessary inside non ducted controls. Put a ladder against the camper with some carpet or other for padding. Push unit up ladder on top then slide over to hole...I use cardboard for this. Tighten the four pull down rods, Hook up elect and done.
Bring your unit to my house ill help you..no charge.
