Leaky Faucet Fix

If these pics post you'll see how I fixed my one leaky faucet.

The bathroom faucet was the culprit. Now I'm looking for a replacement for the shower faucet.

Pipe thread and pliers. Looks like you installed a new faucet in the bathroom. Now you can get your hands at the water flow. Did you do the same in the kitchen?

Left pic is kitchen, right pic is bathroom. Both are residential models, American Standard and Peerless. But I can't find a metal shower fixture. I want an RV fixture for the shower for reasons involving access and space. Any suggestions are welcome. Otherwise, I'll stay with the existing, which are working fine so far.

I installed a Oxagenics chrome shower head which I love but still have the origional faucet. I too would like to change the faucet to match. My pet peeve
is the plastic or fiberglas sinks they install in the trailers. My relatives just bought a new 30k trailer from Jayco with the same cheap sink. What's funny
Is the toilet is porcelain so why not upgrade the sink to match. To me, this is an area that Jayco has fallen behind in compared to other brands.

Murphie, X2 on the el cheapo sink. I considered a changeout, but then we (read DW) would want to upgrade the existing Formica to rock, or at least hard surface, like what came with the kitchen. Now we're talking real $$!

Everyone likes the Oxygenics, including me. We bought one for our first camper. But I liked the shower head that came with the Eagle so much that I traded it to a friend for some vent pillows. A major factor there is the larger HW tank that came with this camper, so we don't need to introduce air to make the hot water last.

Cekkk, we did the same thing in the bathroom as you did installing a new faucet. Nothing leaking, just wanted an upgrade. No problems with the kitchen faucet so far. I noticed we have the same strainer in the bathroom sink. We love the stock shower head in our Eagle, and as you said, having a 10 gallon water is very nice. Last summer, I tried to run it out of hot water and after 20 minutes and shriveling up like a prune, I gave up.Click image for larger version
