At the time of that post, I had a Jayflight 28BHBE.

We traded that TT in on our Greyhawk in Spring of 2018.

As for "Squeaks & Rattles", I'm now fighting those in my own rig these days, and I've nailed nearly all of them.

The two worst were the screen door and the water heater. The foam around the water heater squeaks something fierce. Another member recommended reaching in and pushing the styrofoam openings away from the tank fittings, which worked very well, but the noise has returned, so it's time to get in there again.

The screen door ended up being the metal kick panel in the bottom. I used some carefully trimmed black Gorilla duct tape around the frame to hold it fast in the door, and the noise is eliminated, and you can't even see the tape. That one difference was significant. I mentioned it to DW after I did it the first time we were on the road, and her response was "THAT'S what's so different!! OMG, it sounds SO QUIET in here!!"

My near future plans in this area are to attack the cab and wind noise. I used a "dynamat" type product for heat insulation that also provides some sound insulation in the doghouse and on the floor pan, but I still get a lot of wind noise from the bulkhead and I think the doors, and some from the pedestrian door...

I did remove the microwave this morning and should have taken a photo! Wires were all bound together, looked very neat compared to your photo, but nothing that would make me think anything would cause a metallic sound. next ‘ big ‘ endeavor will be to remove the vent/fan hood🤭

I’ve found these to be extremely useful for eliminating window rattling, table to wall rattling and for microwave squeaking on my 2 previous (2004, 2013) motor homes. I haven’t had any persistent rattles or squeaks in my 2019 Greyhawk 30X but I do use these to reduce shower door rattling. You can stack the rubber wedges for larger gaps especially around the microwave and shower doors if needed. There are other types of these wedges, some are very soft and some are pretty rigid. https://www.amazon.com/Wobble-Wedges.../dp/B00LVQGGKA
