Well here it is.....after several years of renting from Cruise America and happily waving out our window with our 1-800 RV For Rent plastered all over our rig (which by the way we enjoyed) we have just now purchased a 2014 Greyhawk 31FK which we will accept delivery on at the end of the month. Woohoo! After checking out the good people on this forum I can say next to the excitement of this new rig, being part of this community is the next best thing. It's the people that make the party! I cannot believe in 2 short weeks I'll have French vanilla cupholders! And now.....drumroll please.....my first question which I will also post in "Tech Talk" is would having a qualified electrician hardwiring my hughes autoformer and surge guard affect our new rig warranty? Or should we just go portable with these devices and not give service technicians an excuse in case we developed electrical issues? Again, so excited to be here and looking forward to getting to know you.

There's so much to think about. Starting with a 30 to 120 step down just for charging and some lights on board in my driveway. Not sure if my garage outlets are GFI.
