Few Questions

Just a few questions, since we have not taken delivery of our new 27 RLS yet. What brand is the slide out ? Manual doesn't show the slide out mfg. Also, on the LP for the grill. I have a Weber Q120 which has a built in regulator, since the line is already low pressure do I need anything besides a quick disconnect hose ?

Your webber grill will not work on that line unless you remove the regulator..

+1. If you search it, there are others who have performed the mod to the Weber (or others) to connect to the QD on the back.

I'm not 100% certain on this, but if the rails for the slide are UNDER the slide, it's a Lippert. If they're the ziggy zag ones on the sidewalls of the slide, it's a Schwintek. IIRC, most of the larger slides use Lippert components.

Based on looking at pictures from dealer websites you have a Lippert slide and not a Schwintek. I have both types on my trailer with the largest slide being Schwintek.
+2 on the grill will need to remove regulator or get a fitting to allow you to tap in at the tank. I have used a stay-a-while T fitting that allows me to hook up a grill with a regulator directly to the tank while still having the tank in use for the trailer.

I did get a reply from Weber concerning the grill. They stated it can not be used with an RV LP system, it would void any warranty and post potential safety issues. Being the rebel I am...well..hate to have to carry another tank with me . Thanks everyone for the information.

Definitely worth it to be able to hook the grill to central lp. It does require removing the factory weber regulator, but after that, add another quick connect in its place and you're ready to grill!

I have the same bbq and retrofitted it to work on the propane quick connect for about $75.00, it included: 10' of hose, male end at the bbq where the regulator was attached, quick connect female / with shut off To connect to the male end and male at the RV end. Very easy to do, use Teflon on the threaded ends. Only regret is I should have got a 20' hose. Works slicker than snot on the door knob. Met a lad in Drumheller with a weber and his complaint was he couldn't get any heat out of it. I told him to remove the regulator and it would be fine. He did and couldn't believe the difference, he was going to replace the bbq thinking it was defective, he used it that way for 2 years.
