Jayco Clearance Lights

Anybody know a source for marker (clearance) light replacements? I lost a yellow lens off one of my front lights on a 2004 Greyhawk. Thanks.

Tntruck100, thanks for the quick reply. I found an exact replacement for the missing lens at: CommandElectronics.com. On another lens, it said the word "Command" and SAE-AP2-00. I Googled that and found the site for Command Electronics. They sell all kinds of lights for RVs and trailers.

He delivered them in several pieces because I ordered extras! I will thank him while camping at the beach this weekend.

Anyone have a good trick to get these clearance lights to stay snapped on? The factory caulking was holding one of my clearance lights from blowing off going down the highway. I don't want to glue it on. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I have checked the light bulbs in the marker lights. What I found was that some bulbs were slightly longer than others even though they had the same part #. When I went to an auto parts store, I took a bulb that enabled the lens to snap on correctly. I compared that bulb to the ones in the store. There were two different lengths! Make sure you buy the shorter bulb and the lens will snap into place. The auto parts person was nice enough to open the packages so I could accurately measure the bulbs with the one I brought with me.

Try a thin coating of Quad Seal. It will glue it on and keep water out. Remember, thin and on the outside, not inside or you will never get them off again without breaking them.

Put a tiny bead and quickly smear it over the edge with an oiled finger. WD 40 works, but I have a drop of oil on a paper so I can keep re-wetting your finger so it won't stick to you.
