We were exactly in your position recently. We wanted the big rear window with chairs back there and I believe you really only have 3 Jayco TT's that fit the bill. These are the pros and cons according to our family. I have also included some youtube videos that were instrumental in our purchase.
1) White Hawk 27DSRL - This is a nice trailer. My brother has the 28DSBH White Hawk and loves it so far.
Pros
Lightweight, outdoor fridge, Wide axles, Fiberglass exterior, huge pass through storage, more counter space as opposed to the 26RLS below
Cons
Interior height is 3" shorter then other TT's, pass through bathroom, only one ceiling vent and it's in the bath, smaller table, no windows on sides of slide, side windows in back don't open, Side cabinets in bedroom are too low so you don't really have a nightstand, the pass through bath makes the living room/kitchen area seem a lot smaller then the 26RLS below
Here's the
for the 27DSRL.
2) White Hawk 30DSRE This doesn't have the exact some floorplan you're looking for, but if you choose to skip the fireplace option then you still have the large rear window and can move the chairs around. The pros and cons are basically the same as above.
Pros
Lightweight, outdoor fridge, Wide axles, I kind of like the kitchen island but I don't know how I feel about the kitchen slide sticking out where it does, fiberglass exterior, huge pass through storage
Cons
Interior height is 3" shorter then other TT's, pass through bathroom, only one ceiling vent and it's in the bath, smaller table, no windows on sides of slide, side windows in back don't open, Side cabinets in bedroom are too low so you don't really have a nightstand
Here's the
for the 30DSRE. The back window can also be replaced with a fireplace with a TV mounted above it.
3) Jay Flight 26RLS- This is what we choose
Pros - Larger water tank, 3" more interior height compared to White Hawks, 2nd ceiling vent in rear of TT, larger u-shaped dinette, windows in side slides, rear windows open, sliding rear cargo carrier, night stands in bedroom, extra dresser in bedroom, tub, TV can rotate to face bath when you're on the throne. lol
Cons - Metal siding (we prefer fiberglass), heavier, no outdoor fridge, smaller pass through storage, smaller bath but it's stand alone which is very important to us, TV is mounted to the top of the entertainment cabinet instead of a pull away swivel on the wall which I think is weird but no biggie, less counter space then 27DSRL
Here's the
for the 26RLS. Keep in mind that the TT in the video is a 2011 so it's not as refined as a 2013 but the general floorplan and setup it the same.
